    Change Management Analysts at Excella provide the tools that individuals and organizations need in order to implement change in the least disruptive, most efficient, and effective way. Analysts often act as a neutral third party gathering information and data in order to best represent stakeholder interests and align them with business objectives. Most importantly, Excella’s Change Management Analysts help reduce the impact that change has on an organization, its culture, its people, and its ability to fulfill its vision and mission. 


    • Promote personal growth and development through various coaching and learning opportunities (e.g. facilitated workshops)
    • Provide tools and resources that facilitate clearer and more consistent communication (e.g. identifying the most effective communication channels per audience) that can be leveraged with both internal and external stakeholders
    • Encourage leadership to value their employees and to not only engage them in the change process but to also promote a culture that is engaged 


    • B.A. or B.S. (focus in Change Management, Organizational Development, Strategic Communications, Organizational Leadership, Business Management or related area of study is preferred)
    • 3-5 years Change Management or related experience
    • Strong analytical aptitude, and ability to structure and quantify complex or undefined business problems
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
    • Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation
    • Ability to interact with senior level clients
    • Prosci or Change Management Advance Practitioner (CMAP) credential (preferred)
    • Familiar with a variety of technology solutions, languages, and architectures
    • Adaptable, developer of creative solutions and ability to think “outside of the box”
    • Experience with all Microsoft Office products
    • Competency in Adobe Suite (preferred)
