    We are currently looking for experienced Agilists who can help organizations with their Agile transformation and who can lead teams through their Agile adoption. The ideal candidate has experience implementing a variety of Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban) across several full lifecycle software development projects. This candidate is also a great analytical thinker and communicator with outstanding facilitation and conflict resolution skills.


    • Leading Agile transformation within an organization
    • Mentoring teams through their Agile adoption
    • Teaching and coaching teams about Agile engineering best practices
    • Providing thought leadership at the firm and project level
    • Developing and delivering workshops
    • Participating in training efforts
    • Evaluating and recommending appropriate tools


    • Several years of proven experience in the Agile space as a Coach, Product Owner, ScrumMaster and/or Developer
    • Project-based experience with Scrum and other Agile methodologies
    • Leadership in the Agile community
    • Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) and/or Project Management Institute-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification (preferred)
    • Thought leadership via speaking engagement or white papers (preferred)
    • Experience in a scaled Agile environment (preferred)
