    Excella is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our creative team!  As an integral member of our marketing team, you will design and implement a variety of marketing campaigns to support Excella’s growing services, sales and recruiting teams. You will work with multiple stakeholders across the firm’s service areas, clients, and industry groups to create successful campaigns to promote Excella’s corporate brand, thought leadership, and capabilities to a variety of audiences.  The successful candidate will possess a problem-solving mentality, as well as strong organization skills, martech knowledge, and a team spirit. S/he will provide vision, design, and oversight to implement programs, while aligning resources to support growth.



    • Evaluate, design, and implement marketing campaigns for Excella
    • Manage and execute digital marketing strategies, including but not limited to web content social media, social content, and advertising
    • Manage junior team members
    • Develop operational functions required to execute effective marketing campaigns.
    • Partner with account teams and the business development team to generate growth from digital and integrated marketing opportunities
    • Advanced understanding and leading marketing direction for advertisement and email campaigns


    • Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field
    • 3-5+ years experience creating or supporting marketing campaigns
    • Project Management experience is required
    • High level of attention to detail and organization is a must have
    • Experience working within a corporate environment, preferably within a consulting firm or marketing agency
    • Ability to demonstrate the value of integrated marketing to business stakeholders
    • Digital marketing experience or knowledge
    • Knowledge of best practices for content development, production, and distribution
    • Works well in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
    • Ability to take a project from concept to completion with minimal oversight
    • Success working both independently and as part of a team
    • Basic understanding of technology
    • Certification in digital marketing and related fields i.e. Hubspot, General Assembly Digital Marketing course, etc is a plus
