    We are looking for thought leaders in process management driven to improve business outcomes through valuable solutions for our clients to join our team. We are team-oriented, collaborative, and focus on delivering value in everything we do. We apply a variety of techniques to help our clients identify their top priorities and align solutions with organizational goals to help our clients achieve their desired outcomes.


    • Business process modeling: Analyze as-is and future model, and identify inefficiencies to optimize business process.
    • Business process re-engineering: Identify and shape process improvements to realize client’s desired business outcomes.
    • Process analysis: Bring an agile mindset to process mapping in client organization, using a variety of techniques to deliver the optimal solution for the client.
    • Requirements elicitation: applying different techniques to facilitate meetings and workshops, create a shared understanding with stakeholders, and engage team-members without using reams of paper or electronic documents.
    • Requirements analysis and prioritization: collaborating with stakeholders and product teams to further refine requirements and prioritize based on alignment with strategic goals of organization.
    • Requirements documentation, applying industry best practices to express requirements.
    • Use empirical, anecdotal, observation, and intuitive data to evaluate, identify, and categorize business processes.
    • Lead change management activities to facilitate user adoption of process changes.
    • Build trust and respect, establish relationships, and develop rapport with stakeholders and team members.


    • Strong interpersonal skills to engage team members, clients, and stakeholders and communicate business expectations to technical and non-technical team members.
    • Knowledge and practice of Agile, Lean, and Kanban concepts
    • Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills to interpret and translate data into key learnings
    • 5+ years in technology consulting industry
    • BA/BS degree
    • Six Sigma or PMP or KPM II or ITIL certification a plus
