    Overview

    Excella is seeking an Executive Assistant with experience supporting C-level executives, sales teams and processes. The candidate should excel at streamlining the day-to-day activities of leadership team members and business development staff, and have experience using a CRM.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversees executive calendar and schedule, and acts as liaison for executive team
    • Helping the Sales team with scheduling, planning and relentless execution
    • Arranges travel, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements
    • Plans/organizes and implements events such as meetings, business luncheons, or client visits and events
    • Prepares presentations for both onsite and offsite meetings
    • Manages subscriptions and memberships
    • Coordinates trade show and conference registration
    • Proofreads and edits documents
    • Prepares reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintains files, records, and correspondence for meetings
    • Handles confidential information; organizes and maintains files
    • Prepares information and research for executive needs
    • Helps plan team events, meetings, and employee team building activities or special projects.
    • Contributes to the completion and submission of exclusive project bids and proposals
    • Interface with the team on Insightly CRM and assist in entering sales leads
    • Performs clerical duties (taking memos, maintaining files, organizing documents, photocopying, faxing, collating, data entry, etc.)
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • 4+ years experience assisting C-Level Executives including Sales leadership team members
    • Experience directly supporting a sales organization
    • Must have a strong understanding of products, services and sales cycle or the capability to quickly learn
    • CRM experience, i.e., Insightly
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
    • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
    • High attention to detail with stellar organizational ability
    • Able to gain credibility and influence others at all levels within the company
    • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
    • Flexibility to travel as required by business needs
