    Excella is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to create and deliver original marketing programs to promote the company’s Agile-focused training courses.  The Marketing Coordinator will partner with our Marketing and Training teams to increase consumer awareness of our training offerings and drive sales for Excella’s training program.


    • Work with Marketing and Training leadership to create a strategic plan to increase awareness and sales for public and private courses
    • Execute tactics to support strategic plan including email newsletters, events, social media etc.
    • Create content, including authoring articles and blog posts on behalf of Excella’s Trainers
    • Partner with consultants, association groups and technical organizations to grow awareness of the training program


    • 3 – 5 years of Marketing or Communications experience; experience with Agile services organization a plus
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
    • Strong relationship-building and intrapersonal skills
    • Strong writing skills (samples required)
    • Social media marketing experience (i.e., Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)
    • Email marketing software experience (i.e., MailChimp)
    • Marketing automation experience preferred (i.e., HubSpot)
    • BA in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or Communications related field preferred
