    Excella is currently seeking an organized, detailed-oriented professional to join Excella as the Training Coordinator. The Training Coordinator will work with the Sr. Training Coordinator to provide general administrative and event support to the program’s training staff. This person should have strong administrative and planning skills, experience with event management and execution, strong communications skills, and working knowledge of web content management. 


    The Training Coordinator will support the Sr. Training Coordinator in the following areas:

    • Respond to questions and requests from students and clients
    • Schedule classes with clients and trainers
    • Setup classes in online systems such as Cvent, Eventbrite, and other technical applications
    • Prepare invoices and interface with Excella’s financial team
    • Assist with maintaining class supplies and inventory
    • Support on-site classes by greeting students, assisting trainers, and working with on-site event support staff to receive and monitor catering. Additional ad hoc duties as needed.
    • Coordinate with outside vendors (venues, caterers, etc.) and suppliers
    • Post-class administration including certifications and post class emails
    • Assist with instructor travel arrangements


    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Exceptional organizational and planning skills
    • Outstanding customer service skills
    • Some event planning and execution experience
    • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, PPT, Excel, Word)
    • WordPress web content experience is preferred
    • Eventbrite or Cvent experience preferred
