  • Overview

    Excella’s Training division is seeking to hire a full time Agile trainer to join our training team.  The position is a full time position. Ideally the trainer is based in the DC/MD/VA area, though we would consider candidates outside the DC area.  Though most of our training base is in the DC area, we also travel across the country to deliver training to various client offices in the US.

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver Leading SAFe training
    • Deliver SAFe for teams training
    • Deliver 1 day Agile/Scrum/Kanban overview workshop
    • Help develop new training course, especially ICAgile based certified classes
    • Assist as needed with training operations and strategy
    • Eventually become accredited Kanban instructor to deliver certified Kanban classes

     

    Qualifications

    • At least 5 years experience with in Agile methods, specifically SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
    • At least 2 years experience training.

    Certifications:

    • SAFe SPC: accredited to teach Leading SAFe, accredited to teach SAFe for Teams
    • Other nice to have certifications include any Agile, Scrum, Kanban coaching or training certifications
