As a member of the People Services organization, the Employee Engagement and Change Management Lead is responsible for leading strategy, management, and execution of employee engagement and change management efforts that align to Excella’s mission, vision and values. This position provides the opportunity to both set strategy and direction for employee engagement as well as directly support the implementation of these strategies by working with internal stakeholders. The Lead will establish initiatives that reinforce a strong organizational culture and support a highly engaged workforce with the goal of improving awareness and adoption of firmwide strategies, priorities and business goals. The Lead will work closely with departments across the organization, such as the Executive Team, People Services, Internal Teams, Consulting Operations, and Innovation to ensure effective support of and alignment to Excella’s strategic priorities and business goals.
The Lead will be responsible for bringing thought leadership to improving employee awareness and adoption of firm strategies and changes, increasing engagement among employees, and ensuring tight alignment and integration between headquarters and the employees off-site. The Lead will provide deep expertise in change management strategies and practices to support implementation of organizational initiatives and new programs. Change Management efforts and internal communications should provide timely information in the most efficient and effective method explaining the why around decisions and highlight the impact.
