Executive Assistant: Strategic Growth Operations



The Strategic Growth Analyst is self-motivated and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. This key team member is well organized and has excellent written and verbal communication skills to assist with the day-to-day operations within the Strategic Growth team. This individual is responsible for executive administrative support to the COO and Vice President of Strategic Growth.

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Strategic Growth.


  • Work closely with Market Owners, Strategic Growth Leads, Capture Managers, and Proposal Managers to anticipate and communicate team needs (SharePoint, IT, reproduction, proposal facilities, etc.)
  • Triage task order proposal requests on select GWACs, ID/IQs and other vehicles as requested
  • Analyze solicitation documents, including all amendments, to assure the response plans account for requirements and changes
  • Coordinate proposal schedules and assure deadlines are realistic and disseminate information to proposal teams accordingly
  • Establish and manage the capture team contact roster
  • Track weekly updates and statuses on each assigned opportunity and prepare materials for business development pipeline meetings
  • Established as the Strategic Growth team’s point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Support proposals by crafting and completing data calls including but not limited to past performance and capability templates
  • Review and qualify inbound RFIs, RFPs, and Task Orders for fit and making pursuit recommendations to Capture Managers, Market Owners or Strategic Growth Leads.
  • Prepare, research, edit and format information for internal and external communication- emails, presentations, reports, etc.
  • Take minutes and/or actions in Decision Gates and other meetings as requested and document assignment of responsibility
  • Manage COO and VP of Strategic Growth calendars and schedule
  • Manage internal events, travel, and other arrangements as assigned
  • Manage other projects and tasks as assigned by the COO and VP of Strategic Growth


  • Experience supporting C-level executives, sales teams and processes
  • Strong understanding of services and sales cycles
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with high attention to detail are essential
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to self-prioritize and streamline day-to-day activities
  • Must exercise discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Experience using a CRM
